Background Checks/Investigations
Purpose and Policy
The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (“BOCC”) hereby adopts the policy of the County Administrator regarding Background Checks/Investigations (HR Policy 7.02). The BOCC hereby determines Commissioner’s Aide is a designated position under HR Policy 7.02. Candidates for a Commissioner’s Aide position must undergo a background check/investigation pursuant to HR Policy 7.02 as a condition of employment.
