Monthly Fee - 911 Emergency Telephone System
Purpose
To establish by resolution a rate to reflect the FY-91-92 recurring and non-recurring costs to provide for the service, operations, and maintenance of the 911 Emergency Telephone System.
Policy
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners approves and adopts a monthly fee of thirty-nine cents ($.39) upon local telephone exchange subscribers for the recurring and non-recurring costs for service, operations, and maintenance of the 911 Emergency Telephone System effective October 1, 1991.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Emergency Support Services Department under the direction of the County Administrator to put into effect the telephone user fee as approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
