Fee Schedule for Services Performed by the Environmental Protection Commission
Purpose
To establish a schedule for fees charged by the Commission in reviewing permits and providing services to the County.
Policy
It is the intent of the Commission to establish reasonable charges for services performed by the E.C. Director and staff in the review of applications and other technical material, in the investigation of cases involving violation of the Code, and in the conduct of inspections.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the E.C. Director to implement this policy.
