Petty Cash and Change Funds
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to authorize and approve procedures for the establishment, use, and control of a Petty Cash and Change Fund.
Policy
It is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners to authorize and approve Petty Cash and Change Funds. The Board approved the revised procedures for the establishment, use, and control of a Petty Cash and Change Fund. (See attachment).
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of all elected officials, agency or department heads to comply with the Board of County Commissioners revised procedures for the establishment, use, and control of a Petty Cash and Change Fund.
