Annual Subscription Fee for Board of County Commissioners’ Agendas
Purpose
To recover costs involved for envelopes, handling, and postage in mailing Board of County Commissioners’ Agendas to those individuals and organizations who request this service.
Policy
- There will be a $15 annual subscription fee for receipt of mailed Board of County Commissioners’ Agendas (24 agendas).
- There will be no charge to governmental agencies.
- This fee may be waived by the County Administrator or his designee upon a showing of financial hardship.
Copies of the Agenda shall be available prior to meetings on the 26th Floor of the County Center, at public libraries, at the Security Booth in the County Center Lobby, and at the entrance to the Board of County Commissioners’ Chambers, without charge.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Department of Administrative Services to administer this policy.
