Purpose
To prohibit the signature of one or more Commissioners on Board of County Commissioners’ letterhead on a subject or issue that has not been acted on by the entire Board.
Policy
No Commissioner or Commissioners shall use Board of County Commissioners’ letterhead on any subject or issue unless the Board of County Commissioners has taken official action as a Board on the subject or issue.
