Consultant Firm Appearance at Board Meetings
Purpose
To establish guidelines requiring retention and presence of consultant firms when presentations are made to the Board of County Commissioners on matters in which a consultant firm has been utilized.
Policy
The Board of County Commissioners approved and adopts a policy which requires that consultants employed by the County must be available for any presentations to the Board to facilitate its decision making process.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of all organizations under the Board of County Commissioners which use consultant services to ensure hat as part of the contract for those services the consultant firm will be represented and in attendance for presentations at Board meetings to assist the Board in its decision making process.
