Gardens at Diana Point North townhomes will be sold at below market rate
Hillsborough County, Fla. (March 23, 2026) - Hillsborough County and the Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa, Inc. on Tuesday, March 24, will celebrate the completion of 24 new homes that will be sold at below market rate to help provide affordable housing to the community.
All 24 townhomes at the Gardens at Diana Point North have three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1-car garages, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Hillsborough County provided the Corporation to Develop Communities with $4.2 million in Home Investment Partnership Program funding for 18 of the homes. Those 18 homes will be sold at below market rate to families making at or below 80% of Area Median Income; the remaining six will be sold to families making between 80% and 120% of Area Median Income.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gardens at Diana Point North, 4370 Cambio Gardens Court, Tampa, FL 33610.
The Gardens at Diana Point North is adjacent to the Gardens at Diana Point, which involved the construction of 24 affordable rental homes.
