Hillsborough County, Fla. (Aug. 26, 2025) - The deadline has been extended to Saturday, Aug. 30, for a Hillsborough County and Florida Department of Health (DOH) survey asking Hillsborough residents about their health care priorities and how they would like to receive information on those topics.

The survey asks residents about health care communications, including their health care priorities, preferences on how to receive messages, and health care education and issues. The survey is administered by Hillsborough County in partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County.

The purpose of the survey is to guide the design and delivery of health messages that reflect the needs of the community. Answers are anonymous and the survey takes only a few minutes to complete. The survey began in mid-July. The survey can be accessed at publicinput.com/publichealthsurvey.
