A Kid's Place helps youth in foster care and those aging out of foster care, including a large number of sibling groups, by offering a unique and safe home at its 60-bed campus on 5 acres. A Kid's Place provides residential services to children from birth to age 17 who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment. The organization offers a variety of services to meet the social, educational, medical, and psychological needs of children and young adults ages 18-22 in their extended foster care home. The nonprofit's primary focus is to keep sibling groups together in a safe, stable, home-like environment until a more permanent placement can be provided.
