Hillsborough County, Fla. (Feb. 7, 2025) - Part of Race Track Road will close again between South Mobley Road and Sri Chinmoy Street Friday night for repairs.
The closure will begin at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7. Work will be done around the clock to minimize disruption to roadway users. Race Track Road is scheduled to reopen at 6 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, pending unforeseen delays.
Detours have been posted to assist motorists traveling near the work zones. Roadway users can use South Mobley Road, Gunn Highway, and Race Track Road to avoid the work area.
Navigation apps have been updated on the detour and will route residents around the closure.
