Harney-Tampa Bypass Canal Boat Ramp is located off Highway 301, just north of the I- 4 interchange. The facility provides a boat ramp, paved trail and fishing access.
The ramp provides direct access to the Tampa Bypass Canal, part of the regional flood-control system connecting the Hillsborough River and Palm River watersheds. The canal is popular for fishing and rowing sports and provides freshwater boating opportunities in an urban setting.

Ramp Etiquette & Navigation
- No Wake Zones: Boaters must adhere strictly to posted idle and slow-speed zones to protect the shoreline, docks, and nearby bridge structures
- Staging Area Protocol: To keep traffic moving smoothly, operators should prepare their boat before pulling onto the ramp
- No Swimming: Swimming, wading, or diving is strictly prohibited
