- Residents may deliver solid waste and other items to the landfill once they have reached the yearly limits at the Community Collection Centers. Standard commercial disposal charges, also called tipping fees, will apply.
- Commercial customers may use the Southeast County Landfill facility for disposal of non-burnable solid waste and tires once they have completed the necessary paperwork. Request a waste profile by emailing specialhandling@HCFL.gov with your contact information and a description of your waste or by calling (813) 272-5680. Commercial tipping fees apply.
- Most access roads within the Southeast County Landfill are unpaved. The landfill experiences muddy road conditions during and immediately after rain that increase the chance of your vehicle getting stuck. Please use a vehicle with all-wheel drive during these times. Otherwise, we recommend waiting until the rain has passed to visit the Southeast County Landfill. We cannot guarantee assistance to move vehicles that are stuck in the mud.
