The Domino Boat Ramp is located on Mill Bayou and provides access to the Little Manatee River between the U.S. 41 and Interstate 75 bridges, leading out to the Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve and lower Tampa Bay.
The site is well suited for small boats, kayaks and canoes, as well as fishing and exploring the river. Water levels can vary with the tide, so boaters should use caution when navigating the shallow waters.
