Oak hammocks, pine woods, grassy meadows, and a series of cypress swamps compose the upstream habitat of Brooker Creek in this 1121-acre preserve. A marked 4.3 mile hiking trail leads visitors through this variety of natural areas and joins the Upper Tampa Bay Trail in three places. A small parking area, kiosk, and picnic table are located on the west side of Ramblewood Road.
This preserve has no nature center or gift shop.
