Overview
- Addition of a westbound emergency lane for the exclusive use of the Fire Rescue, a two-foot-wide traffic separator, a westbound left and through lane, a westbound right turn lane at the intersection of Rhodine Road and US Highway 301.
- Also includes the offsite components related to the design for a westbound left turn lane and an eastbound right turn lane along Rhodine Rd at the main driveway into the Consolidated & Hardened Maintenance Facility (CHMF) - South (CIP No. C-77832000).
Objectives
- Accommodate hardened maintenance and fire station facilities to be located east of the intersection.
