Overview

  • This project includes a series of intersection improvements. The work will add a second through lane on Balm Riverview Road, new right‑turn lanes on the northbound, westbound, and eastbound approaches, and several pedestrian focused enhancements. Sidewalks will be added or replaced to strengthen pedestrian connectivity throughout the corridor, along with updated ramps, curbing, and pavement markings.

Objectives

  • The project will improve mobility and safety for both vehicles and pedestrians by upgrading the existing transportation facilities. This includes bringing the corridor into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
