Overview
Construction of pedestrian improvements at Covington Garden Dr from South of Covington Stone Avenue to North of Bristol Park Drive. Improvements include pedestrian signage, pavement markings, and installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons.
Objectives
This project will increase pedestrian visibility and safety at Covington Garden Dr, which is a student walking route for Dolby Elementary School. The improvements were recommended based on data collection activities, collision analysis, qualitative assessment, field observations, and engineering judgment
