Hurricane Helene Update No. 10

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Sept. 27, 2024) - Hillsborough County Emergency Management officials will host a news conference at 10 a.m. today at the Hillsborough County Public Safety Operations Complex, 9450 E. Columbus Dr., Tampa, FL 33619, to discuss hurricane operations.

County Administrator Bonnie Wise, Hillsborough County Office of Emergency Management Director Timothy Dudley, and other officials will provide updates and safety information related to Hurricane Helene. The public is invited to watch the briefing via Hillsborough County's YouTube Channel, Facebook (@HillsboroughFL), and HTV, which can be found on Spectrum channel 637 and Frontier channel 22.

All County facilities are closed today to support emergency response.
